The hotel's location is perfect, just a quick walk to the Skytree and transport options. Clean rooms come with great amenities like a handy smartphone. However, the pillows were too soft for my taste, and the breakfast could use more variety.

The Deluxe Twin room I booked was spacious and offered a comfortable atmosphere for business. The hotel is conveniently located near the Oshiage metro, which made travel to meetings efficient. The staff was exceptionally friendly, providing assistance in setting up my presentation and even offering complimentary amenities such as tea and mineral water shaped like the Skytree.

The self check-in kiosks were underutilized.

The location is superb, just a minute from Oshiage Station, making travel easy. The breakfast had a great mix of western and Asian options, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast area was often crowded, making it difficult to enjoy your meal. Some amenities like vending machines could be better stocked and have clearer instructions, as my laundry experience was slightly complicated.

Right across the road from Oshiage Station, making it incredibly convenient for train travel. Rooms come equipped with useful amenities like fridges and kettles. A delightful touch, putting the do not disturb badge on the door results in a bag of fresh towels and water being left for you.

Check-in was a bit chaotic, with long lines and empty self-service kiosks that weren’t encouraged for use. Rooms aren't spacious by any means, typical for the area, so if you need room to spread out, this might not fit the bill.

I stayed in the Superior Twin Room Non-Smoking, and it was a spacious gem! The breakfast buffet? Absolutely top-notch—seriously, don't miss it! Plus, the location was unbeatable, just a hop away from Oshiage Station and the Tokyo Skytree.

Now, about check-in… it was a bit of a circus. We waited in line while the kiosks sat empty. Just a heads-up to the management, if you’ve got kiosks, let folks use them freely for a smoother intro!

This place suits me perfectly with amazing Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry facilities. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost ring on my first stay. Highly recommend for a stress-free experience!

I spent 2 nights in a spacious Superior Twin Room. The location is fantastic, just a minute from the Oshiage Station. Everything was immaculate and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I loved the various eco-friendly cleaning options. Breakfast had a great selection and was very enjoyable. 😊

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel with the kids, especially the spacious family room, which made it easier to manage everyone. The convenience of being next to Oshiage Station really helped us explore all the nearby attractions, including the Tokyo Skytree and various restaurants.

My kids wished there was a kid's play area for some downtime.
